  • Plans for the future: Well paid job to quit when the writing finally takes off, small mansion in the countryside, gorgeous and faithful wife, half dozen kids and world literary acclaim. Not much to ask really.
  • Residence: The Hermitage, House on the Hill
  • Protagonist, poet and warrior. That about sums up the hero of this piece. Between bouts of hibenation and tortureous writing, Lone pauses to kick some karate flavoured arse. However, life is far from easy for our courageous f00l, who has to contend with the gory battles that periodically rage throughout the House, the pain of existentialism and worst of all, writers block.

  • Matthius

  • Sex: Male
  • Occupation: Master scientist
  • Plans for the future: Noble Prize for Physics. Proving to all that the String Theory has, in fact, got absolutely nothing to do with actual string!
  • Residence: The Matt Cave, buried in a location known to few, down in the lowest and darkest foundations of the House on the Hill

  • Mitch

  • Sex: Male

  • Plans for the future: To be Dictator of the World. (Mwhahahahahaha)
  • Residence: The 2nd floor Closet, The House on the Hill
  • The nocturnal Mitch periodically emerges from his Closet to impliment his plans for world domination. As a militant film buff his goal to own every single quality film on DVD ever made, results in a slight financial crimp in his plans for global dominance; but only until one of his nefarious schemes to gain wealth and power pays off. Owing to a diet of rice and coffee he’s vulnerable to strong light, and so spends the daylight hours secluded in his darkened closet plotting. The government had best beware.

  • Mystopia

  • Plans for the future: To be the molder of young and impressionable minds
  • Residence: The Pink Room, 2nd floor, House on the Hill
  • Seperated from her ‘boys’ back home Mistopia, or Mist for short, , struggles to maintain her sanity surrounded by the surreal characters of the House. The only thing keeping her sane is her close companion Hel, with whom she ventures to the cheese filled sanctuary of Reflex, where, free from the distractions of her eccentric housemates, she can dance the night away sporting her polkadot wellingtons free from mockery. Waging an eternal battle against her sworn enemy, the mangy pigeon, Rach will often be seen sporting pink clothing, which, apparently, is invisible to the pigeon eye, in an attempt to escape the ever present threat of co-ordinated airstrikes from her foe. One of the shadowy disciples of the arcane and little known gramar sect, she can often be heard enshrined in her room bellowing one of the sacred mantras of her sect, “MORE COMMAS, MORE COMMAS!”

  • Hel

  • Sex: Female
  • Occupation: Graverobber
  • Plans for the future:
  • Residence: The Royal Suite, 2nd floor, House on the Hill

  • DantheMan

  • Sex: Male
  • Occupation: Professional womaniser and gent ’bout the town.
  • Plans for the future: To be the shadowy figure in the bg with a controlling interest of Liverpool FC
  • Residence: The haunted attic, Wheelbarrow Mansion
  • Occasionally living in his attic, DantheMan leads a shadowy and secretive split life, dividing his time between visiting a place called ‘Southhampton’ (“better than this shithole”), following the fortunes of his fav team around the kingdom as they vie for sporting supremecy, and supping pints down the ‘Arms. DantheMan’s alchohol fueled antics at the Union are well documented, chasing women, spilling SnakeyB and indulging in dubious dancing.
